Delhi Public School Bangalore West, under the aegis of the DPS Society and the tutelage of K K Educational & Charitable Trust, springs forth from the commitment to provide quality education to promote intellectual, social and cultural vivacity among its learners, and thereby contribute towards nation-building. They need to understand that it is through mistakes and gentle correction that they learn and grow. I want students to enjoy classes so that they come to school with a smile on their faces. To achieve this, I employ a number of fun and innovative activities so that the students remain curious about what is coming next. Overall, with my vision and twelve years of teaching experience, I make sure that my students leave my classes with improved Hindi language skills, while also growing into better human beings.

In the twenty-three years of my experience as a teacher, and five years as a coordinator of Anubhava Shiksha Kendra, I have realised that we must constantly push the limits of the teaching methodologies and mind-sets to keep up with the changing times.

In the past 14 years of my experience as a Kindergarten teacher and coordinator, there has been nothing more inspiring to me than to see the face of a child who has mastered a new skill or conquered a challenge. When I greet those little smiling faces every morning I am empowered beyond words. I am happy that I make a positive difference in the lives of children.
